I. General Framework
Article 1 - Objective
1. Create2Make is an initiative promoted by Fravizel, S.A., with the aim of developing practical and interactive activities with children and young people, bringing them closer to the world of industry and innovation.
Article 2 - Acceptance
1. Participation in the initiative presupposes and implies full, free and informed acceptance of these Regulations, as well as the commitment to comply with all the provisions contained therein.
Article 3 - Target audience
1. The initiative is aimed at national and international students, from primary to university education, as well as accompanying teachers and school assistants.
2. People who do not fit into the groups indicated above are excluded from participation.
II. Participation Rules
Article 4 - Rules of Conduct
1. All participants must comply with the general rules of coexistence and the safety standards defined by the organizers, to ensure the smooth running of the initiative.
2. The organizers reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any participant who does not respect the stipulated rules, in order to guarantee the safety and well-being of all involved.
Article 5 - Responsibility
1. Fravizel S.A. is not responsible for personal or material damages occurring within or outside the time or space of the initiative, or for behavior contrary to the defined rules.
2. The school entity must guarantee the presence of responsible, legally authorized companions, committing to supervise the students throughout the activity.
Article 6 - Safety and Hygiene
1. Fravizel S.A. undertakes to guarantee the minimum conditions of safety, accessibility and hygiene, in accordance with the Portuguese legislation in force, namely, the Legal Framework for the Promotion of Safety and Health at Work.
III. Data Protection and Image
Article 7 - Protection of Personal Data
1. Fravizel is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data collected within the scope of the initiative.
2. The processing of this data is for the exclusive purpose of managing and organizing participation.
3. The data will be treated confidentially, in accordance with the principles of legality, transparency and purpose limitation, and kept only for the time necessary to fulfill these purposes.
4. Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, limit, oppose and erase their personal data, under the applicable legal terms.

Article 8 - Image Rights
1. During the initiative, images and videos of participants may be collected for institutional purposes.
2. Participation implies authorization for the use of the image, unless previously opposed in writing by the participant (when of legal age) or by the guardian/legal representative, in the case of minors.
3. All data and images will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
IV. Final Provisions
Article 9 - Changes to the Initiative
1. Fravizel S.A. reserves the right to suspend, cancel or change the initiative, in whole or in part, for reasons of force majeure, operational, technical, logistical or other reasons that justify it.
2. Any changes to these regulations or to the organization of the initiative will be duly communicated through the official means of dissemination used by the organization, namely the institutional website or by direct contact with the participating entities.
3. Changes will be implemented in conditions of transparency, ensuring that participants have access to to the information in a timely manner and in lines equivalent to those of the original disclosure.
V. Failures and Omissions
Article 10 - Omissions
1. Situations not covered by these regulations will be analyzed by the Initiative's Management and, when applicable, by the General Assembly Board, in a meeting.
